The Camera 150 from Dukane brings a whole new flexibility to the classroom or workplace. This digital articulating arm camera uses auto focusing to image documents and 3D objects in amazing clarity. By connecting the Camera to a computer, the images are visible on the PC or laptop screen. These images can also be output to larger displays or projectors. The camera contains an 8 Megapixel CMOS sensor chip assuring today's high-resolution imaging (3264 x 2448 max.). In addition, there is a 5X digital zoom. Operation is by a single USB cable that transports the image, plus provides the power for the LED illumination of the image area. Closeup imaging at only 3 inches is possible. With the articulating arm it is possible to bring the camera head to the desired position and the built-in LEDs have 3 levels for the optimum exposure. The included camera software permits image rotation and adjustment, plus annotation on the image. Still image or video image capture is possible for easy creation of computer files. The camera head also contains a mic for an audio track. Fold down construction makes the camera very portable, and easy to store.
