Two Channels of Analog Audio over DanteThe Radial Engineering DAN-TX2 is a 2-Channel analog-to-digital converter that allows you to connect any line level source to a Dante or AES67-compliant network.

Seamless network integrationThe DiNET DAN-TX2 makes it easy to transmit two channels of high quality analog audio over a Dante or AES67-compliant network. Multiple input options are provided, with Balanced XLR/TRS connectors for professional audio sources, RCA jacks for line level devices, and a 3.5mm aux input for connection to laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Trim controls and pad switches are included for each channel, with a link switch to simplify control for stereo sources. The RJ45 network connection is compatible with Neutrik etherCON connector carriers to prevent accidental disconnection and protect cable terminations, and redundant powering for critical applications by using the included external power supply and Power over Ethernet (PoE) simultaneously. The DAN-TX2 can be mounted in 19" equipment racks with the optional SA series rackmount adaptor kit.

Features:2 channel analog to Dante interface - connect any analog device to a Dante enabled network.24bit/96kHz analog to digital conversion.Neutrik XLR/TRS combo jack, RCA, and 3.5mm inputs.Ethercon network connection.PoE or external 15VDC Power.Adjustable trim controls for both inputs with stereo link feature.Input pad for both channels.AES67 compliant.Radial stand-alone chassis allows for rack mounting with optional kit.Not replacing the original TX.

What is different on the TX2 vs the original TX:Rack-mountable stand-alone chassis. Neutrik Ethercon network connection.Combo jacks on the input allow for XLR connection. Separate trim controls allow for true 2-channel operation.Cannot be used as a direct box. The DAN-TX has a switchable instrument input and thru, The TX2 is designed for line level applications.
